The E-Verify Death Penalty on Employers

Ron DeSantis is the governor of Florida, a likely presidential candidate in 2024. Bearer: He's been pushing this from the very beginning, wanting to impose this mandate on employers. And now he's trying to impose effectively what is called the E-Verify death penalty on employers who failed to sign up for the program; they're licensed to operate in the state of Florida will be revoked.
