The Supreme Court's View on Colorblindness
In the long term direction of the court and the constitution, according to the majority, is that our constitution is colorblind. And so the court in a way saying we're going to just restore the intellectual coherence of colorblindness, no more exceptions. That's the long term way to understand it. In the short term, and this goes more directly to your point, Troy, the short-term issue connects with a lot of other things the court's been doing.
