If you really are trying to build a super high performance team, then you should want people on your team to take your job. It's an incredibly enlightened executive right to change aspects of their own job. And i think sometimes we don't want to give away that s curve, if you will, because we don't know what's next for us. So the mine set ends ap being is, well, i just need to make sure there's a new s curve for me.
