Do You Have Mechanisms for Building Neighborhoods?
I don't think anything we have to do would have any impact on the population groups you've mentioned. Broadly speaking, I have two big buckets of things that we can do. One is what I would call the geography bucket. This is things like let's reenvision the landscape that is America if we were to have a renewed push on neighborhoods and what that meant for our society. Second bucket is we ought to be doing things that encourage people to know each other, cooperate.
