Are You Overworking the Staff?

The ACPA could create a certification for firms for work-life balance. Firms would have to get audited and the ACPA would check on like, are you overworking the staff? They'd survey the staff and find out like, are they getting time to study? Like all those quality of life things and firms could use it as a recruiting tool. And so what the ACPA can do is hold big firms accountable for creating a better experience for their staff.
