passive investing is protecting against volatility, but not true risk. Risk on the passive side is what i call capitulation bif you come up at the strategy of how much you're going to have in equity and fixed income. And if you are over your head in risk because you haven't figured out how risk you can actuolly handle, that's risk. That's where this comes into play.
