Work Is Meant to Be Hard at Times and to Challenge Us

Cody: I think somewhere in the middle it's certainly not an easy job. Tracy: We are meant to push each other to do better and when we get pushed and we rise to that occasion, we go home feeling better. Cody: If those hard days are leading to months and it's like, boy, this is my second year of hard days, that's a sign that something needs to change. That sounds a little too soft in my opinion.
