The G7 is saying this is the more perseverance of authoritarianists which is about as ideological as it can get and they are shooting down balloons. It does not have ideological or military dimension. Now there's an important difference here and we see it in North America quite clearly. In fact in South-South America as a whole not Latin America but South America. The China today is the number one trading part. That leads to a very different equation. What I find fascinating is that what we added in 2022 and foreign policy summing up the magazine for the year 2022 in North America described it as the year of non-agignment. Not always calling it that way but acting in that fashion
