There is no way to get around the connection between classification schemes and the world itself. We find methods of conceptualizing these things to be very bound up with all kinds of very normative, value laden concepts. So even when we shift out and say, oh, this thing still exists regardless of whether we call it a planet or not, that characterization the thing that exists is itself just introducing other vocabulary.
