The Just War Conversation in the Christian Church

The idea of just war and when is it okay to lie or fight or kill, this is a central question for Christians. We go into World War II coming to the Netherlands and the questions that some Dutch people including Deet Emon had to answer. This is not a conversion story. In fact, it's what makes it a little different from others. It doesn't have some of the drama of other stories. One man reviewing Deet's book called hers a quiet and conscious heroism. But I think it's her actions and her diary and her faith that make her life one worth telling and considering.
