The Dangers of Not Asking for Volunteers in the Hall of Fame

There's always this, this danger of when we have an initiative. We don't have the channels to tell people, hey, there is things that can be done. It's kind of like political donations, right? You give one donation of $5 and suddenly like everybody who wants money emails you. That's a really excellent recipe for burnout.
