The Joint Operations Room in Palestine

CNN's John Sutter asks about the joint operations room in Palestine. "I'm not inside any of those organizations, so I don't know exactly how it looks," he says. The operation depends on whether groups are willing to coordinate and share infrastructure such as a tunnel network that snakes under parts of Gaza Strip. But who's to say Islam that you had doesn't use that tunnel network?
