Is Faith a Gift?

There's an element of faith that is a gift. It is not of ourselves. It is something god instils in us. And i think part of what you're getting at is, in our western culture, because we tend to be so cognitive in our approach to stuff, i think there's ha difference between faith and the faith. The faith is the stuff we lieve. Faith is how we respond to the stuff that we believe. You know, faith really is a giftso is that where you are coming ye?
