The Defense's Role in the Dismissal of the Trump Fraud

I don't think that they'll be able to get it dismissed as a novel kind of legal argument. These allegations have been out there for a long time and we've heard most of them. It's likely if they can show that there aren't jurors who are fair and impartial. I'm convinced that in the United States is largest city you could get a jury. But if the process takes too long or if it looks improbable, they'll change venue if the defense raises the motion.
