A model would be, in order to allin the interests of management with shareholders, you should give them stock base compensation. Or you should always make decisions based on data, right? That's a model. The job of a corporation is to make sure it controls and coordinates the various businesses under that's its primary job. Those would all be models that we use then guide our behavior.
