For most people, it's a lot of time online. "I think it was really important for people to get info on where others had looked already," he says. After you parse all the clues and look things up online, you still have to go on an adventure physically in the world. Some people were just going out for essentially day hikes. Other people found themselves hiking 16 miles at a time. They're going in canoes. A lot of rental cars being abused.
