The biggest change is that your customers in today's economy have less money. We got rid of chapters and we had we created this new structure, but it didn't make it still doesn't quite resonate or make sense to our members. One of the areas where I think we've done a really good job around Supporting people through transition is called 'the bench' And so our most popular and vibrant community on the bench is for people that are out of work.
