The Importance of Flexibility in Finding the Right Person for the Job
How easy was it or how difficult was it for you to actually find someone who fitted that role and how close of a fit would they be? And what if they did have some of the traits you were looking for, but not others, is that something you thought could be taught? That's a really good question because perfect doesn't exist. Good enough isn't necessarily the aim either. So we're looking sort of 80-20 on these tests. But there was no one that ever came through and got perfect scores in every test.
