James Climann: We had some really interesting news this week about co-star and Realtor.com, then a Zillow exec talking about it. He says that Rupert Murdoch was considering or had been in talks is maybe still in talks to buy realtor.com. Climann: My personal preference, I like realtor as a portal more than Zillow. But Zillow has had struggles, it's fair to say. The I buying gamut did not go well. And so they think that they can provide a better user experience with the residential side of things.
