Stephen Stayner's Kidnapping

Stephanie stayner and timmy white were kidnapped by parnell. When they approached the police station, stephen encouraged timmy to walk the final three quarters of a block by himself. But when timmy reached the door, he was scared and ran back to stephen. That's when the police approached them, and stephen made the split second decision to tell the truth about who he was. Officers arrived at the palace hotel and placed parnell under arrest for kidnapping. He was taken to an interview room at the ukia police department so that stephen could identify him through the safety of a glass window. Stephen quietly confirmed parnell to be his captor
