i t v was one of the first soaps about working class life, actualy. I think it has a market shaper. People get upset when the b b c does kind of populous to show s and that's not what we're paying our license fee for. How should a public broadcaster who's financed through the television license fee, be bold and ambitious? Even public banks might be accused of doing these easy things. But that itself should be a metric through which you hold the institution accountable.
