The Carbohydrate Modification Diet

The carbohydrate modification diet argues against the notion of ketosis and yet has some real opportunity here to do good things. In patients who are women who have been doing a ketosis or keto green plans for a long time in my community they get stuck right there okay maybe they're having some symptoms or like a return of a symptom  and that i add back some healthy carbohydrates that sweet potato in the evening those root vegetables and all of a sudden they're sleeping better. Someone will even lose weight during the carb up plan but it's not happened to me very metabolically efficient here I love incorporating some really fun recipes like my texas radio skillet anything you can cook in one pan for me
