The Future of Syndication

The financing piece is what really crushed a lot of people during the great financial recession, but it had a different little twist to it. We've shifted away from, you know, a lot of the older value add stuff, which we feel like has a lot more risk than we want to have these days. And honestly, you don't see the downside because you don't think there's anything off your back if something goes wrong. Especially if you're coming in with this mindset that when you come into an upmarket or down market, things are going to get better.
