Cas: One of the questions that always stand out to us is, i know whatits expect of me at work. And so we really would relate that question back to maybe a specific product launch or new rolls within a team and how they impact other s rolls within that team. We then helped coach our leaders to share those results with their teams and also have conversations around those results as well. Cas: There's a lot ofa, resources from gallap that help a, i'd like to say, that are like second layer questions to the c 12 That really help a, create deeper understanding in the a perception of a, of what our team members are thinking about.
