Leadership Isn't About Being the Perfect Speaker

i teach about this notion of having a vision, like really understanding where you and your organization are going. How well do you understand it, and how well are you a student of that vision? I have a new job right now, volunteer coach for my five year old daughter's socraten. And so i'm just thinking in an everyday leadership term, like doesn't seem like an big or important thing, but it's important in a five year old life. My main point is, not everybody wants to be a leader. Maybe you don't want to sit around and wait until you're promoted into a position to be a leaders.
