Maybe there was extraordinary trauma that an individual had to experience when they were in a time period where their brain was creating their earliest imprints. If our ideals of where we can be are more fantasies than they are reality, that also needs to be acknowledged. So I think the first thing is that sober assessment. Where am I at and where do I want to be? And am I in pain, like trauma or traumatized pain around any of these four categories?
