The application of behavioral sciences and kind of behavioral practices to marketing is something that I know that not just myself, but the entire drums audience is really interested in. But at the same time, we can recognize that it is a little bit esoteric and a little bit high level. So very much we help marketers use it to understand what their customers are doing currently. And then also on the other side of the scale, you start thinking about, okay, well, now we understand what people are doing. What actions might we want them to actually be doing? What nudges interventions, different things can we do to actually get them where we want us to be at the end of the day?
