The SEC brought and accused by Nance and Coinbase to the largest global crypto exchanges in the world with operating securities exchanges. They're taking the opinion that those should be classed and regulated like securities. This has been a tension that's existed for a long time Is like how do governments and regulating forces work with this technology because it's so different than anything that was ever articulated before? We are able to see compelling legislation come to bear here in the U.S. And we can take a stand as a country laying out new lawmaking rules for digital assets.
