I'll Eat a Lighter Lunch, You Know?

I look for the ingredients that I recognize. I beat salad with some pecans or something like that. Hey, you know what, that sounds pretty good. A little bit of vinegar, a little little dressing with manual vinegar, apple cider vinegar. Oh, that looks pretty good too. And I'll go for that. The one thing that if I skip breakfast, I want to make sure that I actually don't eat overeat at lunch. So then moving on to dinner, I always build my dinners based on what the vegetable actually is. That's what I'm looking for. And I don't take too much. I leave plenty of white space on my, on my dinner
