The Problem of Agency in a Team?

In our modern pop psychology, we have a sense in which we can actually do bad things and not be responsible. And so how do we then, how do you see the question of consciousness in terms of different agencies at different levels? Well, i'm an ask a verly interesting question. In order for it to work as a team, you'd have to have some kind of, you know, kind of shared goal, wouldn't you? But bact, that can actually happen through training and through deliberately doing som like, for example, in an orchestra or in a choir.
