Caffeine and the Performance Benefits

Caffeine is often used as a supplement in endurance sport. Many cyclists cycle off caffeine to try and desensitize themselves, but even if they don't your tolerance builds up. Even subjectively people will feel a lesser response to the caffeine when cycling on it. But you can still have the same argogenic benefit in terms of performance impacts.
