Do Spending Cuts Really Happen?
It's just so much harder to let public sector cuts do the heavy lifting on fiscal consolidation. And that's a different political and economic frame. The other aspect of it is that the public sector just doesn't have the capacity for more cuts. So, you know, do they actually ever happen? That'd be an interesting one to watch with the markets.
