The Difference Between Paul and Jesus' Teachings on Salvation
Paul's view is that the only way to have salvation is to trust in Christ's death and resurrection. If anything else could put you right with God, there would have been no reason for God to sacrifice his son. There'd be no reason for Jesus to experience the torment of crucifixion if there was another way. Paul does not think you can have salvation by being Jewish. He doesn't think keeping the law is going to make you right withGod.
