I think what happens quicker is if you're fit getting strong it tends to transfer it a lot quicker and then you actually struggle to feel fit because you don't have to control the contraction. Going from strong to fit there's a lot more control and movement qualities that you need beyond the metabolic that those are the ones I think are harder to gainYeah totally that all makes sense but also or and also I should say and you know Tom's background any really fit climbers background they're just going to have so much more mileage under their belt than the really strong who rests a lot between tries and doesn't have density in their sessions and things like thatLike he definitely saw the proof in concept as well
