The Switch to Non-Technical Life Coaching
The other problem we see now industry at the moment is this big switch towards non-technical life coaches becoming agile coaches. So, are you telling me that I can't contribute to the technical issues on my project? That's bullshit. And really what you need to do is empower the team to understand that they have a problem so they can come up with the solution themselves. Yeah, responsibility should be shared by the team, not just held by one person. We're getting agile coaches hired now across say four teams that have never been part of a successful agile team or a software team or have any technical expertise whatsoever.
