Is Russia Buying Russian Oil?

According to estimates from the Center for Research on Energy and Clean Air since the invasion started about a year ago. Russia has made more than $315 billion in revenues from fossil fuel exports around the world with nearly half coming from EU nations. The electricity bill in the Netherlands is skyrocketing much more than in Tennessee. I don't think this is getting any better for Europe either. No I don’t think so. I think it's gonna get worse.
