Egon Schillah and Gustav Klimt
Egon Schillah was an artist in Vienna, Austria. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts but found his teacher so stifling that he dropped out. When Klimt had a stroke, Schillah went to see him on his deathbed and started sketching him. The two artists' work has been displayed alongside each other for more than 100 years.
