The Food Triangle and Oxidative Priority
I think that the more people use the food triangle to design their diet, I think the less confused they'll become. We really don't need to know all these biochemistry terms. The body is way more smart than that. It it you don't manage your biology by swallowing. You have to have sources of nutrition, but nutrition is not an emergency. And so I think by getting the food triangle and oxidative priority and some and breaking some of the metabolism myths in an idiot's guide, we can get that out to the common language where more people are using it.
