How to Use Neuromuscular Blocker for Intubation
On average using neuromuscular blocker, whether it's depolarizing or non-depolarizing, will improve your view by about one grade on average. There are a variety of contraindications that suck so cold in such as hyperkalemia. But there have been some studies that have looked at using remifentanyl and propofol compared to succinylcholine and Propofol. So you can use that combination and get pretty similar intubating conditions.
