So with your E3, E4 carrier, so that's your hectic siker genotype, and you have an increased, it's a threefold increased risk. That's too late on state Alzheimer's. Late on state is around your 60s, 70s. But if you carry the E4, E4 genotype, that age, the risk, obviously, for developing Alzheimer's disease is higher. The key we've got to think about this is that, and I suppose this comes down to knowing where you look.
