Is This a Broader Challenge to the Lifesense Society?
The life sense society has not broken the law so we see this as sort of a go ahead that we can provide standby and cryonic services but they want to reserve the right to litigate against other organizations, who they may see as a consumer threat in some way. They're mostly concerned with people approaching you know old folks home and trying to get money out of them basically people that maybe elderly and not 100% competent. So we won't really know how this is going to pan out until there's a broader challenge that's dealt with in the courts at some point. Yes, I, part of the reason we went to civil route is because we didn't have the budget for a charter
