There's nothing more detrimental than getting a bad night's sleep for me. If I can sustain good sleep habits, everything in life gets a lot easier. It helps me feel more confident. It help me go out and achieve maybe the physical challenges I've got in mind with some exercise,. as well as try to be the best version of myself at work or in his relationships.
