The one girl has lost her powers, and the other one, ther, her powers are secret. It's te their secret. And she'stime coming into them, ok. But they also don't have their own, like, militia or enorcement mechanisms. Like people who can fling fire out of their hands come and decide that they want to make trouble for the dreamers,. They just kind of can do that.
