The Importance of Community Strategy

I'm a huge fan of picking a strong vision a lining values building a roadmap for one year or three years five years aligning stakeholders Planning a budget and doing all those things still super critical. But I do think that time right now is potentially what I'm seeing is people are skipping over a lot of those steps. There's a lot of bag of tactics happening right now And they're not followed up with with any necessarily ties to strategyAnd I think that's okay, but let people maybe jump over that strategy for right now And then segue back into strategy later.
