Investing in Municipal Finance

I think what we lose sight of in municipal finance and finance in general is, hey, can they pay this back? And obviously that's a really big factor in making investments. We're trying to evaluate these municipalities along environmental, social and governance frames. For us, doing that and doing that well is all about helping us to mitigate risk and to identify value. If you can do that effectively, more effectively than your competition, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't outperform.
