Listening and feling heard are really the grounds of any mature relationship, love relationship. And clearly it's happening because one, or neither party is able to really listen in a way to understand what's going on. The more plugged in we are to the internet, in front of the screen, the less capacity to concentrate, to immerse and to listen, to really listen.
