The Importance of Retaining GPs
The government's workforce strategy must focus on retaining GPs. Is it just about reducing the workload or are there other things that could be done? I think job satisfaction, going to work and enjoying what you do goes in a whole lot of way to getting your own bed in the morning. Creating an environment. Be trained, recruited, retained.
