Sinead O'Connor on the Tonight Show

We've got local elections next year, European collections. What is that going to do to politics of the next six months? Well, we might get a generous budget, I'd imagine. And I think that we'll be hearing all sorts of wonderfully positive things from September till Christmas about the way the country is being run and the government.
