The three duplexes are located in Charlotte they're just north of Charlotte. The four pucks that one's just west all of mine are just surrounding the Charlotte area because multifamily is hard to come by with solid cash flow within Charlotte so the four pucks is in gas don'tYeah okay how did you come across the four puck it was on the MLS actually it had been sitting on the MLS for almost six months huh why do you think it wasn't snatched up as i'm still dealing with it? It was kind of the perfect storm of not too great yeah but at 160 it worked out so i think that was a big part of it.
