Working With Your Manager
Many, many of the best communicators were great written communicators. If you're doing your job right, your manager and you are going to have little or no interaction. I probably code about six hours a day, maybe, maybe five. And of that, at least one hour a day is me on calls with people. When when i work like tea mates, it's hopping on calls, i always have my vition. People will let you know very aggressively and very passive aggressively if you're taking up too much of their time because they have other items. But we're a team. Were supposed to work together.
